Make sure you download the FREE app and set up an account if you want to track your progress or take part in any of our tournaments and competitions
Make sure you add all the clubs in your bag to your Trackman “virtual bag” to improve accuracy of your data
Is the ball not going as far as you feel it should be? Always convert your ball using the covert button to get calculated distances based on a premium ball under optimal conditions (25° C/75° F, no wind, and 0 altitude)
Practice Feature - Find My Distance
This is the perfect tool to help you determine the exact carry distances for each individual club in your bag. This is crucial for improving shot consistency and making better decisions on the course.
To use this, select the “Find My Distance" tile on the screen and go through the individual clubs you have saved in your virtual bag. To use this feature you must have set up a Trackman account and have already added clubs to “My Bag”. You must hit a minimum of 6 shots per club to give the average distance for that particular club. The system will prompt you to move on to the next club in your bag. When you are finished you will have your yardages for each club selected making the decision on which club to use much easier on the course!
Practice Feature - On Course Practice
Using the “On Course Practice” feature select any hole – preferably one with a bunker or water hazard in front on the green so you can practice a scenario or yardage that you struggle with on the course.
Start at a distance of 50-70m from the green and move further away in 10m increments until you reach a distance of 120m. Take 5-10 shots per distance and note the number of times you hit the green in your practice booklet. At the end, compare the number of times you hit the green at the different distances to find out at which distance you have the most hits. This is the distance you should hit your shots at in the future.
Take a moment and think about which situations on a round of golf usually give you a headache. For example, these might be long shots onto the green or shots onto the green over a water hazard. Do you have problems playing a fade or a draw from the tee box? These are all everyday situations that we are confronted with during a round of golf. Now we can use the "Practice On Course" feature and recreate the various situations on one of the many courses available. To do this, select the hole and the ball position that is most similar to your "problem scenario" and practice this shot over and over again .
