Kids Golf Lessons

Great Western Golf is dedicated to growing the game of golf and truly believes this starts with introducing as many children as possible into the game. Working close with the instructor we aim to provide all the support they need at various levels to take their golf to the next level.

We offer informal group golf lessons for children, which includes the use of a 7 iron so you don’t have to buy any equipment. Our course covers the basics of the game while emphasising fun, exercise and safety. The lessons are held on the same day and time for six consecutive weeks.

This is the next stage on from the Beginner Course.
The lessons are a fun mixture of games, competitions and challenges designed to develop both their golf playing ability and their life skills, such as honesty, respect, co-operation and perseverance.
There are various levels to work through.

Our one-one lessons provide your child with the opportunity to advance their game with full focus from their instructor. Our instructors are PGA Professionals, NSPCC trained and Disclosure checked.

Great Western Golf offers junior golf camps throughout the school holidays.
We offer golf instruction and fun games in a safe environment.

Our Summer Camps are back and better than ever. For just £84, kids aged 5-12 can enjoy 2 hours coaching for 3 days (Tuesday - Thursday) learning the basics of golf, being taught by a PGA professional, playing fun games and using state of the art ball tracking technology, where they can play the infamous postage stamp (8th hole Royal Troon - this years Open venue).

Golf balls and equipment are all included so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

Not everyone can make three days, therefore there will be single days of 2 hour camps available for £30.
