Pre-Paid Range Cards

Prepaid range cards have no expiry date. Credit on the card reduces each time you dispense balls

Large basket – £9.50
Small Basket – £6.50

Pre-paid range cards also receive extra credit:
Top up £25 get 5% extra free credit

Top up £50 get 10% extra free credit

Top up £75 or £100 get 15% extra free credit

Range Cards:

Our Range Cards can be topped up in multiples of £25. The minimum top up is £25 with a maximum top-up of £100. These cards do not cost you anything, all you do is pre-load the card with credit either on line or at reception, then use this to dispense your balls at the ball dispenser. Each time you use the card your credit balance reduces. Once your credit runs out, simply top it back up. Unlike gift vouchers when you have to use it within a defined time limit, your credit remains there until you use it up. The more credit you load onto your card the more FREE credit we give you. You can top up your range card online or via the phone prior to
arrival to save you time queuing in reception

Range Card Usage Terms & Conditions:    Refunds of range card credit cannot be made under any circumstances.   Range cards can only be used at the Great Western Golf centre where the card was originally purchased.   Range cards should be kept safe, and it is the holder’s responsibility to report any damaged, lost or stolen cards at the earliest convenience.  Great Western Golf cannot be held responsible for any loss of credit due to lost or stolen range cards.  A charge of £2 will be made for any range card replacements. Great Western Golf reserve the right to change the cost of range balls and baskets without notice. Range card offers and promotions are subject to availability and management reserve the right to end or alter offers at any time without notice.  Individual range card promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
